Xin Wang was a visiting PhD student with the Center for Information and communications Technology Research (CICTR) in the Institute of Electrical and Computer Sciences at the Pennsylvania State University under the supervision of Professor Mohsen Kavehrad.
She received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Northeast Petroleum University in 2010 and 2013, respectively, majored in communication engineering. She is currently a PhD candidate from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications majoring in Information and Communication Engineering under the supervision of Professor Yuefeng Ji.
Her current research interests include the optical and wireless networks. Her visit was financed by the China Scholarship council (CSC).
